Central Group executive director Pichai Chirathivat and Unicef representative for Thailand Thomas Davin recently launched the "#EatPlayLove -- The Miracle Of The First 1,000 Days Of Life" campaign and roadshow expo starting at CentralWorld.

Unicef Thailand goodwill ambassador Anand Panyarachun and Ministry of Public Health representative Dr Chompoonut Topothai attended the event, which emphasises the importance of early-childhood development.

The first 1,000 days is a crucial period and a window of opportunity for developing the baby's brain and laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Onstage discussion on parenting featured actresses Busakorn Hongmanop and expectant mother Rasri Balenciaga Chirathivat.

Throughout the year, the mobile expo will travel to 10 other CentralPlaza and CentralFestival locations across the country, to disseminate knowledge and parenting tips on nurturing children in the early stage of life.
