Halloween, much like the Oscars, Golden Globes and Met Gala, has become an event for people in the public eye to go all out and display the best their stylists and makeup artists have to offer.
While many of us attending a friend’s Halloween party are unlikely to have the resources to prosthetically age ourselves by 30 years (see Katy Perry as Hillary Clinton) or clone ourself (see Heidi Klum), every year celebrities are going further and further to achieve their desired costume.
However, each year there are famous people who get it so very wrong and usually end up causing offence, with an apology coming from former Disney star Hilary Duff over a native American Halloween costume before October 31 even set in. For every unfortunate outfit choice, there are tons of pictures which break the internet for how good they are evident by the more than two million likes on Kylie Jenner’s recreation of Chrsitina Aguilera at her career prime on her Instagram page.
