Social media has erupted with comments after footage of an unruly parish council meeting went viral - with celebrities even sharing their views on local government.
Clips of the Handforth Parish Council meeting - which showed councillors trading insults and ultimately getting booted off the call - have been viewed nearly three million times.
The meeting on December 10 marked the second time chair Brian Tolver had been removed, having previously been evicted from the earlier 7pm Planning and Environment Committee.
He was kicked out after declaring that clerk Jackie Weaver "had no authority" - to which she took exception.
The hilarious video has thrilled Twitter, with thousands of people commenting, retweeting and liking.
