Doing things differently is essential for the advertising and marketing industries

If you aren’t taking a different line of flight from the norm, you will end up in the same comfortable place as everyone else.

“Doing different” is about being a challenger, not a follower, so you take brands towards new exciting territories where they can be transformed. Clients need brave agencies who aren’t afraid to challenge, which is exactly what the Best Awards celebrate: people who challenge.

There are various challenger categories to enter to win a Best Award in 2016. We’ll also select winners overall who are “doing different” for brand transformation within a very broad definition of sector.

The Best Awards showcase the most innovative work produced by the UK’s top creative agency talent. We’re championing the people who break new ground, who try new ways to do things and who aren’t scared to go against the flow. Organised by the Marketing Agencies Association (MAA), whose aim is to help agencies of all sizes develop their business, there are various entry categories which reflect breakthrough innovation, results and creative diversity.

Agencies: If you’ve created exciting and transformational work and think it deserves Best Award recognition, log in and enter.

Make sure you enter by midnight on 2 October 2015.
Late entries will be accepted until 9 October at an entry surcharge.

Brands: If you want the best of British ideas, be sure to appoint an MAA creative agency by contacting the MAA, who can help find you the best match.

Look through the challenger categories here and additionally select which brand sector you are entering.

Judges can award multiple best winners in our challenger categories as well as select overall awards per sector.

Online entry has been simplified, so you can duplicate some entry components for consideration in various challenger categories where your work really is breaking new ground.
