2019 is a new year and a chance to do some self improvement. Resolutions are the best place to start, whether it’s a pledge to exercise more or to stop smoking.

According to the NHS, less adults are smoking than they used to. Around 14.9 per cent of adults are classified as current smokers now, down from 19.8 per cent in 2011.

Quitting smoking isn’t as easy as stubbing out a cigarette though. Here are some of the best stop smoking apps designed to help you make 2019 smoke free.
