If you’re a fan of ESPN’s College GameDay then you’re aware of Chris Fallica — aka The Bear — and his weekly best bets where he picks three games against the spread, and this week he included the Spartans in his picks.
Fallica picked Rutgers to cover the 11.5-point spread in today’s matchup, pointing out MSU has been a terrible double-digit favorite in the past. The Bear also went as far to say the Scarlet Knights could win this game outright — that’s not something Spartan fans wanted to hear.
Fallica is 12-6 in his “Big Board” picks so far this season so we’ll see if he’s right again with today’s pick against the Spartans.
Kickoff between the Spartans and Scarlet Knights is scheduled for noon today. The game can be seen on the Big Ten Network.
