Barcelona's summer transfer plans could have an effect on Arsenal.
Sky Sports are reporting that the Catalan giants are ready to make a move to bring Neymar back to the club he left in the summer of 2017 for a £222m world record transfer fee.
In doing so, Barca are apparently ready to cash in on Antoine Griezmann despite only signing the France international last summer.
The report states that they are hoping to strike a part-exchange deal with Griezmann valued at £88m (€100m) Neymar valued at £135m (€150m) but Paris Saint-Germain.
If this swap deal goes ahead then it could be great news for Arsenal and head coach Mikel Arteta.
The return of Neymar to the Camp Nou would solve the La Liga giant's problem at left-wing and they'd still have money to spend in the search of Luis Suarez's replacement.
Links to Gunners captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang initially started in the January transfer window when the former Liverpool striker suffered an injury which supposed to keep him out for the remainder of the season.
Despite the emergency signing of Martin Braithwaite after the window had closed, reports claim Barca are still on the market for a new centre-forward.
And the longer it goes without Aubameyang signing a new contract at the Emirates Stadium it's likely that he will continue to be linked with a move to Spain this summer. However, the aforementioned report states Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez Iis their priority.
With that said, would Aubameyang be open to playing for Barcelona?
Four years ago he did admit their fierce rivals Real Madrid are his dream club.
"Before he died two years ago I promised him that one day I would play for Real Madrid," he told L'Equipe back in 2016, as per AS.
"My grandfather was from Avila, not far from Madrid. It’s what I said to him. I know it’s not easy but it’s something I keep in mind.
"I celebrate my goals with a cartwheel in honour of Hugo Sanchez. I've seen many videos of him on the internet and I’ve been following him since I was a boy."
