A Spanish bullfighter has been severely criticised after he was pictured fighting one of the animals with his five-month-old child in his arms. Francisco Rivera Ordóñez is now being investigated by child protection authorities, but strenuously denies that his daughter was ever at risk, saying: “It’s outrageous to say I put my child in danger … there is no safer place for her to be than in my arms.” Fellow matadors have praised Rivera, with some saying he should be named father of the year.
Have you ever taken your child to a workplace that, on reflection, may have been an unsuitable place for a minor? Did a childcare disaster mean that you were stuck with your baby when preparing for an important presentation at work? Did you ever have to take your kids into a quiet office where they ran riot and insulted your boss? Tell us about any unfortunate incidents that you’ve had with little ones in the workplace, be they as dramatic as Francisco Rivera’s or not.
