When Pink made a beeline for superfan Shirley Everton at her sold out show in Cardiff she could not believe her eyes.
She had queued outside the Principality Stadium since 6am on Thursday - almost 12 hours before the gates opened - to make sure she was at the front.
While holding up a sign saying "please sign my tattoo", the pop singer clocked the placard and headed towards her.
Shirley had the signature made permanent with a tattoo.
She said: "We were stood in the queue and my friend done a sign saying something like 'special delivery please sign here'. So we had that up and she acknowledged it but she didn't act on it.
"My wife Fay and I had a Sharpie on us, and my wife said write on the back of the sign 'please sign my tattoo'. I had it up and she saw it and jumped down - it was like my wildest dreams."
As soon as she woke up on Friday, Shirley said she rang around several tattoo parlours - and finally found one that was available.
Shirley already has two portraits of Pink, one on her leg and one on her arm, above where the singer signed.
As Pink was signing her arm, Shirley said she commented on the portrait saying "thanks for making me look so pretty".
Shirley added: "She's one of my best idols, so when she signed my arm it was amazing. I can't explain the feeling. She's just a strong woman, she's unique and she's just one of a kind. An incredible woman."
Shirley said the tattoo left her feeling a bit sore but was "very much worth it".
She said: "I'm literally on cloud nine - I'm buzzing."
