Eden Hazard has proved his worth to Chelsea by topping the Premier League assists table for the 2018/19 season.
The talisman has registered 15 assists this season, although he was not able to add to that number when the Blues visited Leicester's King Power Stadium for the final Premier League game of the season on Sunday as the two teams played out a 0-0 draw.
Hazard has been heavily linked to a move away from Stamford Bridge during the summer, with Real Madrid eager to sign the player. Chelsea fans made their feelings known to the player before, during and after the match with banners and songs for their hero.

The 15 assists put Hazard one ahead of Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser and three ahead of Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold and Spurs' Chritian Eriksen.
The next Chelsea players on the list is Cesar Azpilicueta and Ross Barkley who are in 35th place with five assists to their name, ten less than Hazard.
The Belgian has registered 19 assists in all competitions and will be hoping to get to the 20 mark when he appears in the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku later this month.
