Quintessential Thai Aroma by the River of Kings. The most refined Thai foods take hours of preparation and require many hands to help with the chopping, grinding and carving. On elegant soup recipe calls for sections of squash to be crafted into the shape of little fish, then stuffed with minced pork and finally served “swimming” in a rich broth. Such foods are usually not as fiery hot as one might expect, nor are they as sweet as dishes found in other restaurants.
