The Arsenal Premier League fixtures that have been moved for TV in August and September

Arsenal will have five further televised fixtures during the first two months of the new Premier League campaign.

The trip to Newcastle United on the opening weekend of the new season was already chosen for live coverage when the fixture list was revealed just under a month ago.

But it's now been confirmed that the Gunners will be shown live in six of their first seven games of the new season.

That includes the first home game of the campaign against Burnley on Saturday, August 17 on BT Sport as well as the meeting with Liverpool at Anfield a week later which will be broadcast on Sky Sports.

As expected, the first north London derby of the 19/20 season has been moved from Saturday, August 31 to the Sunday and will be shown on Sky Sports with a 4.30pm kick-off.

Another televised game includes the trip to Watford following the first international break of the season, while the visit of newly-promoted Aston Villa to the Emirates Stadium has been moved as a result of their Europa League commitments.

The club’s final TV league game of the first two months of the season will take place at Old Trafford against Manchester United on Monday, September 30 at 8pm and will be shown on Sky Sports.
