The Arsenal fans saying the same thing as Monday night FA Cup clash with Portsmouth is confirmed

The date and time for Arsenal's FA Cup fifth round tie against Portsmouth has been set.

The Gunners will travel to the south coast for a second time in a row in the competition, having defeated AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in the fourth round.

And once again, Arsenal have been scheduled to play on a Monday night, with the game at Fratton Park being picked to be shown live on BT Sport on Monday, March 2.

That follows Arsenal being picked for a Monday night fixture in the third and fourth rounds of the competition, against Leeds United and Bournemouth respectively.

Unsurprisingly, the announcement has not gone down too well with Arsenal supporters.

Here's what some fans have been saying on Twitter.

In total, this is the sixth time this season that Arsenal have been scheduled to play on a Monday night, having also had three games moved in the Premier League.

All ties in the fifth round of the FA Cup are being played in midweek, with four games picked for television coverage.

The other matches picked to be shown live on television are the games between Chelsea and Liverpool, Sheffield Wednesday and Manchester City and Derby County vs Manchester United.
