Does your little one play an instrument?
The Ark is looking for a child or children to perform a very special guest slot in an upcoming outdoor family gig.
The children's theatre in Temple Bar is hosting a first of its kind festival for Ireland aimed at young music lovers.
BIG BANG Dublin! will see The Ark building in Temple Bar transform into an adventurous musical labyrinth of delights for the ears.
There'll also be a number of events taking place outside and at other locations close by.
One of the major events in the festival will be The Big Free Family Outdoor Gig with Stomptown Brass which will take place on Sunday 7 April at 2.30pm in Meeting House Square.
The theatre is looking for a child (or a duet) to perform as a very special guest at this gig.
So if your little one loves to play an instrument and would like to apply to be special guest at the gig here is what to do.
Go to The Ark’s FaceBook page (The Ark Dublin) or Twitter @TheArkDublin to find the link to the application form where you can upload a short approx. 2 -3 minute video of the child / children performing.
Don't forget to include your child’s name, age, what county they live in and contact details for parent/guardian.
The team at The Ark will look through all videos received and chose one young performer (or duet) to be very special guest at this gig.
That child will then perform their piece of music on the stage at The Ark to the audience gathered in Meeting House Square.
The festival takes place from 5-7 April 2019.
