The areas of Cardiff with the highest rates of coronavirus cases have been revealed.
Hyper-local data published daily by Public Health Wales shows the number of coronavirus cases and the rate of infection.
The rolling seven-day average between January 2 and 8 shows that Caerau West has the highest number of cases per 100,000 population at 651.8, closely followed by Grangetown South with 651.4
Many areas have seen a big decrease from previous weeks.
The rolling seven-day average between December 23 and December 29 for Pentwyn, then the area with the highest number of cases per 100,000 population, was 844.8 followed by Canton with 717.1.
Now the latest figures show Pentwyn has 422.4 cases per 100,000 and Canton has 402.

What does this data actually mean?
The data is based on the rolling seven-day average between January 2 and January 8.
It is really important to bear in mind that this data is very volatile because it covers such small areas. Where an area has a very small population even one positive case can push up the rate of cases per 100,000 significantly.
You should therefore be cautious about drawing too many conclusions directly from the information.
Following the latest figures, the Wales infection rate is now 416.8 cases per 100,000 people based on the seven days up to January 8. That is an increase on the 403.5 previously reported.
PHW data also shows 101,371 people have now received a first dose of the coronavirus vaccine as at 10pm on Tuesday, January 12. That is an increase of 10,142 on the figure reported on Monday.
There are 108 people who have received both of their vaccine jabs, up from 97 on Monday.
