Lewis Ellis was smooth talking and charming on The Apprentice.
So it's no wonder fired The Apprentice star wooed model Jade Marriott, 26, into bed after a boozy night out over the weekend.
But the businessman, 28, was so tired out he fell asleep after he had vowed to show her a "good time".
Jade had no qualms airing her complaints about her sleeping partner on Instagram .
The blonde bombshell moaned the reality star was snoring loud to her so she wasn't going to get much sleep.
She wrote: "Not getting much sleep!"
She told The Sun : "He'd talked himself up on Insta. It was like Apprentice candidates boasting how good they are.
"But once in his room the booze hit him like a brick. He couldn't stand. He kept saying, "you're so fit". Before passing out on the bed and snoring. It was so loud.
"In Sir Alan's words, he's fired!"
Lewis admitted he didn't really remember much of their encounter when speaking to the newspaper.
He said: "I was quite drunk. I don't really remember."
The couple first crossed paths at a film premiere in November and they decided to meet up again.
It comes after fired Lewis lashed out at claims the show is "racist".
Many fans picked up on the trend of BAME stars being given the boot in the boardroom - seven in a row, in fact.
The issue was especially sensitive considering Lottie Lion, herself accused of racism against fellow candidate Lubna Farhan, stayed in the competition until last night's episode.
The first seven weeks of the show saw Shahin Hassan, Kenna Ngoma, Souleyman Bah, Lubna, Riyonn Farsad, Iasha Masood and Jemelin Artigas dropped from the show, and some viewers weren't happy, taking to Twitter to vent their rage .
Lewis though, who was last night axed after making it to the final five, is having none of it.
"That one quite annoys me, because, yeah, there were a lot of firings and they were ethnic, but that's because there were so many people of ethnic minority in the programme," he told Mirror Online.
"It definitely wasn't based on skin colour, or what religion they are.
"The ones that got fired, they got fired for the right reasons. And it just happens that there are a lot of people on the show who are from ethnic minorities. That's why people are noticing more I think."
