Cleaning fans are raving about a bargain carpet cleaner being sold at Aldi.
The Dr Beckmann Carpet Cleaner will set you back just £2.79, but according to reviewers can remove household stains from red wine to grease.
Happy customers even reported that the cleaner, which is being sold at a range of stores as well as Aldi, cleans up chocolate and crayon stains, ChronicleLive reports.
The product spiel says: "With this powerful oxy formula, never worry about spills and soils again.
"It has a built-in brush that can help remove a variety of household stains."
The cleaner is said to remove stains from carpets and soft furnishings in both the home and car and comments from buyers on an online product review site included "absolutely amazing"; "100% recommend" and "love this product".
Another customer claimed it had cleaned up everything from chocolate and crayon to dog mess.
The product by UK laundry specialist Dr Beckmann is not new but seems to be enjoying an ever-increasing share of the spotlight and one new convert, called Layla, tweeted: "Okay I'm officially an adult, I messaged my best friend in absolute awe about a carpet cleaner that she recommended, Dr Beckmann.
She added that it "removes red candle wax from a beige carpet".
