The alternative Championship table that sees Bristol City in mid-table, Nottingham Forest second and Leeds United top

We are quickly approaching the halfway point of the Championship season, with most teams having played 20 or 21 games.

Hundreds of thousands of supporters fill out stadiums up and down the country every week to see their team play.

Attendances can cause quite a bit of debates between rival supporters, with points being scored by fans of clubs with bigger crowds.

Bristol City sit ninth in the division's average attendance table, with an average of 21,750 fans coming to Ashton Gate for the Robins' home games.

Leeds United, top of the actual Championship, are also top of the division's average attendance table, whilst Luton Town and Wigan Athletic occupy the bottom two spaces.
