Aldi has a major ongoing expansion programme with more than 100 new stores wanted over the next two years.
The supermarket giant currently has 920 shops in the UK and is aiming to take that to over 1,000 sites.
Part of its push is on improving the store offer which can mean relocating from an existing site to a larger and more modern unit.
This has seen the discounter put part of its own estate on the market as it moves to pastures new.
Recently a store in Rhyl was sold and will shortly reopen as a veterinary practice.
They currently have stores or land on offer across the UK.
