ITV's Love Island may be over but things are just starting to heat up at Edinburgh Zoo.
While some of us like to be wooed with flowers and chocolates, a pebble is a huge gesture in the world of penguins. In fact, it's only thing a female gentoo penguin wants during breeding season.
This can cause a serious uproar at the zoo's Penguins Rock as the fellas fight over the shiniest pebble to give to their lady friend, which keepers say are their "versions of engagement rings".
When the pebbles are placed in Penguins Rock to kick off breeding season, the birds dash to pick out the perfect pebble in order to secure a potential mate.
And now you can watch all the pebble pinching live on Edinburgh Zoo's website here, after the keepers secretly placed a camera in the penguin nest rings.
Edinburgh Zoo took to social media to announce that the fun had begun, writing: "It’s that time again… The penguins have got their pebbles back!
"Check out all the pebble pinching action over on #PenguinCam now, plus tune into our brand new #RockhopperCam to keep up with the colony!"
As reported by Edinburgh Live, the zoo recently welcome their newest animal called Nymeria, a large hairy armadillo who arrived at the zoo earlier this month and is settling into her enclosure well.
