The 7 Norwich City players set to miss Crystal Palace clash amid injury crisis for Canaries

Norwich City could welcome back Max Aarons and Ralf Fahrmann from injury for the game against Crystal Palace tomorrow (Saturday).

However, there are few positives on the injury front for the Canaries ahead of the game against Palace , with Norwich in the midst of an injury crisis, with at least seven players set to miss the clash at Selhurst Park.

Norwich boss Daniel Farke has confirmed the latest injury news in his squad at his pre-match press conference, with the Canaries boss admitting that he will be without first choice goalkeeper Tim Krul, among others.

"We will be without Tim Krul tomorrow. He will be back after the international break," he said.

"Tim has a muscle strain in his lower back. There is no chance for him. He's been in the gym but is not allowed to run.

"Sometimes you have strange situations with injuries. As a newly-promoted side, you need luck in these terms. We've been hit pretty hard."

Farke confirmed that Christoph Zimmermann and Timm Klose would also miss the trip to south London, while Mario Vrancic and Onel Hernandez are also both still out along with Tom Trybull and Alex Tettey.

In addition, Fahrmann remains a doubt for the game with a groin strain, although Farke has not ruled him out of featuring in south London.

"We've been careful with Ralf. It's his first day in team training today. We will have to see how his groin reacts. If he's ready, he will play," he said.

One player who could return from injury is Aarons, with the Norwich boss confirming that the full-back will be part of the travelling squad.

"The good news is Max Aarons could return earlier than expected," said Farke.

"It's down to good work of our physios and good work from him. He will travel with us to Palace."
