The £50 Aldi Specialbuy that customers 'wish they had years ago'

Aldi customers are saying they wish they had bought one SpecialBuy item sooner.

The budget supermarket's recent SpecialBuys include gym equipment and clothing, but a standout is its Ambiano Pressure Cooker, costing £49.99.

The cooker, available online and in stores, features 14 cooking functions, with an LED display panel, stainless steel inner pot and a six-litre cooking capacity.

It has received several five-star reviews online, some observing it looks more expensive than its price tag, the Liverpool Echo reports.

On Aldi’s website, one shopper wrote: “I love this pressure-cooker. It does everything almost and very good quality as well”.

Another comment reads: “Great features. I purchased this about 1 month ago. I must say I'm impressed with what you can cook in this device. Wished I'd purchased one years ago.”

A third added: “Excellent. For the money it’s amazing. So far I’ve done roast beef and a sausage casserole in it and they taste amazing. Saves so much cooking time for the same result as a slow cooker. The beef came out so tender and full of flavour. I’m am so impressed with this cooker.”

Other feedback included: “Excellent build quality & value for money” and “Brilliant. Does everything it says it does!”

Aldi stores remain open during lockdown with shoppers allowed to visit when needing to stock up on essential purchases such as food and medicine. Non-essential purchases can be made during these visits.
