The 4 wins Rangers stand from their first title win in 10 years

Rangers stand just four wins away from the league title after a 1-0 victory over Tommy Wright's Kilmarnock.

They might not have blown Killie away, and some fans believe performances are winding down the closer the club gets to that coveted 55th title and their first in 10 years.

But the points are still racking up and Steven Gerrard now stands on the verge of history with just 12 points required to seal the Scottish Premiership.

It could see the league done and dusted before the split while giving the men from Govan a chance to win the division at the home of great rivals Celtic.

Here are the four games that currently stand between the Ibrox men and immortality.

Dundee United (H)

Next up is a home clash against Dundee United, a game sandwiched by two Europa League legs against Royal Antwerp.

The champions-elect will need to ward off any European hangover and ensure they aren't tripped up by Micky Mellon's Terrors, who have blown hot and cold this season but smashed Livingston 3-0 this weekend.

Alfredo Morelos will be available for selection after completing his three game ban.

Livingston (A)

David Martindale's men were on a sensational unbeaten run but have now lost back-to-back games.

They might have had one eye on the Betfred Cup Final, however, and that will be history by the time Rangers visit the Tony Macaroni.

West Lothian is a tough place for any team to visit and it was the site of the league leaders' first two dropped points back at the start of the campaign.

St Mirren (H)

Jim Goodwin's Buddies then visit Ibrox as the only team to beat Gerrard's side so far this season.

They also won in Glasgow just a fortnight ago at Parkhead, and will be confident of an upset.

Most fans won't care where or how the league is won, just that it is.

But they'll equally be excited at the thought of the Rangers team celebrating their own league triumph one decade in the making, while ending their rivals' 10 In A Row dream in their own stadium.

It all depends on the two clubs matching each other point-for-point if Scottish football is to witness a title decider at Celtic Park.
