The '£35m Juventus' transfer which could be brilliant news for Arsenal and Mikel Arteta

Juventus could be one of the more busier teams in the January transfer window.

And that might benefit Arsenal and Mikel Arteta.

According to recent reports, all signs are pointing towards the Serie A giants bolstering their already stacked midfield options even further once the winter window is open for business.

Premier League match preview: Arsenal v Manchester United

Keep in mind that Maurizio Sarri can already call upon the likes of ex-Gunners star Aaron Ramsey, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi, Sami Khedira, Emre Can and Rodrigo Bentancur among plenty others.

But it would appear that the Italian tactician is on the market for at least one more addition.

Last week there were links to Barcelona's Arturo Vidal.

According to Di Marzio, the Old Lady had contacted the current La Liga leaders a over a potential move for the Chile international in the January transfer window.

This would mark a return to Turin for Vidal who reached the 2015 Champions League final with Juventus and also won four Serie A title during his time at the club.

However, there's news of a fresh transfer rumour involving the Bianconeri.

Fabrizio Romano for Sky Sport Italia and the Guardian is reporting that Juventus have agreed a deal with Atalanta for Dejan Kulusevski.

The fee is said to be in the region of £35m.

Given that Kulusevski is currently on loan at Parma, it remains to be seen if this deal would go through next month or at the end of the season.

If it's the former then it could boost Arsenal's transfer plans as FootMercato claim that Mikel Arteta has personally called Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot to outline the vision of his 'project' in north London as he aims to persuade the France international to move to the Emirates Stadium.

Have Juve lined up a replacement which would allow Rabiot to join the Gunners?
