The 3 Chelsea players in line for new contracts after Fikayo Tomori's latest deal

Frank Lampard was given another boost in his long-term plans after Fikayo Tomori signed a new five-year deal at Chelsea.

The 21-year-old has had an impressive start to life in the Blues's first team and that has been rewarded with a new contract, something that the club have been looking to do all season.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Mason Mount have all put pen to paper on deals over the course of the campaign, committing their future to the club.

Tomori adds another to the list as Lampard builds his squad for the future.

But who will be next for the club to sign new deals?

football.london takes a look at the three names on the list.

Willian

The one that has been dragging on for some time now is Willian and if he will get a new deal with the Blues.

The 31-year-old's contract runs out at the end of the current season, and Lampard has stated before that he is keen to see the Brazilian sign a new deal.

Willian is also keen to stay with the Blues, with his family settled in London.

"I have stated several times my wish is to stay at Chelsea. I like the club very much, I feel very welcomed here, as well as my family, and we love living in London," Willian told Yahoo Sport.

"However, I'm in the middle of the season and I try not to think about it so as not to lose focus on the field. My agent and the club are talking and I hope we can have some good news soon.

"In transfer windows it is normal to have bids and speculations, especially for players who are in final contract. But my focus is 100 per cent on Chelsea and the season."

The issue is whether or not the Blues will grant him a two-year contract, something that he wants, but Chelsea usually don't give more than one-year deals for over 30s.

Tammy Abraham

It's fair to say that Tammy Abraham has settled into Premier League life well as Chelsea's main striker, with 11 goals to his name already.

The 22-year-old has another two in the Champions League and has become one of the first names on the teamsheet for Lampard.

The England international has a contract with the club that runs until 2022, which was last renewed in July 2017.

Abraham has proved to be that he is going to be at the heart of Chelsea's future, with the Blues keen to tie him down to another long-term deal.

Reece James

After a superb season with Wigan Athletic on loan, James has come back and is fighting for a regular spot in the starting XI.

The 20-year-old scored in the Champions League against Ajax, while got his first Premier League assist in the win over Aston Villa.

There is, of course, a lot for the youngster still to learn before he is a regular in the side, but he is certainly seen as the right-back of Chelsea's future.

James, along with his Manchester United-playing sister Lauren and father Nigel, have just signed for Roc Nation, the agency created by rapper Jay-Z.

They will be the ones looking to pin him down to a contract extension with the club, with his current deal running out in 2022, something that the Blues are keen to do.
