The 3,000ft high Welsh mountain networking course

A Snowdonia firm has launched adventure experiences for specific industry sectors so people can network while team building.

Jason Rawles, CEO of Aspire Adventures, based in Llanberis, said the offer would support his business after a tough period and boost others in the local tourism economy.

The 46-year-old said: “Shared adversity brings teams together and adventure is an amazing place to support physical and mental wellbeing. This is why we created these challenges.

"To help teams to be happier and more effective and by keeping them within vertical sectors it means that peers can network and potentially win the coveted trophy and have bragging rights over competitors!”

Each of the challenges will be based from the strategic foothold of northern Snowdonia bringing much needed revenues to local businesses.

“The pandemic was tough on a lot of tourism businesses, including us,” said Jason.

“So we wanted to use our network of connections to drive business energy onwards while providing huge amounts of value to the clients we serve.”

These have already proved popular with the automotive sector sold out in 24 hours.

Other sectors are Technology, Health, Energy and Professional Services, with more to be launched.
