The 1975's Matty Healy launches podcast series with Stevie Nicks, Brian Eno and more

The 1975’s Matty Healy is launching a new podcast series with Stevie Nicks, Brian Eno and more.

The frontman, whose band are set to release their latest album Notes On A Conditional Form on May 22, described the episodes as a “conversation with some of my friends and heroes”.

Fleetwood Mac vocalist Nicks and ambient pioneer Eno are among the best known guests, with former Sonic Youth member Kim Gordon and famed composer Steve Reich also involved.

Elsewhere, Healy will chat to Mike Kinsella from seminal emo band American Football, Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie and Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes.

The podcasts will launch from 4pm today (May 5) and will be hosted on The Face magazine's website.

It follows the 1975’s Twitter listening party last week, in which the band took fans on a track-by-track journey through their debut self-titled album from 2013.
