According to thinkmoney, 19 items likely to be found during a household de-clutter could bring in a tidy sum of up to £1530 if they were all successfully sold on eBay.
Research conducted was based on the average sold price of each of the 19 items found on the popular e-commerce website.
Items include old mobile phones and game consoles, VHS tapes and vinyl and a certain edition of Harry Potter.
