KFC wants to open 18 new restaurants and drive-thrus in Greater Manchester.
It's eyeing up four new sites in the city centre - including Oxford Road, which already has a KFC - as well as a new takeaway at Eastlands.
Elsewhere the fast food giant is also targeting Altrincham, Didsbury, Stalybridge and Swinton.
KFC already has 850 restaurants in the UK and Ireland.
But it plans to open another 150 by 2020, at a rate of 50 new stores a year.

The chain also offers a £20,000 finder's fee for those who identify a new site in the target areas.
If you've got somewhere in mind, KFC says drive-thrus are its 'facility of choice' and they require a minimum of half an acre, with 25 car parking spaces plus room for a delivery bay, disabled spaces and two waiting bays.
Other sites will be considered, however, 'depending on size and location'.
The £20k will be paid to 'property professional' on 'legal completion'.
A KFC spokesperson said: "We always have a list of areas where we’re on the lookout for new restaurants.
"We know there’s loads of chicken lovers out there waiting patiently for the Colonel to arrive in their town so watch this space!”
The first KFC restaurant opened in 1965 in Preston.
