- Miami Beach’s Japon, envisioned by chefs Vijayudu Veena and Iván Monzón and designed by Saladino Design Studios, was lauded for blending traditional Japanese craft with modern elements.
- The prestigious list also includes Ladurée Rue Royale and Ducasse Baccarat in Paris, Smoked Room and Gerbou in Dubai, Lobster Club in Palma de Mallorca, Julie's in London, and Coro in Orvieto, Italy.
- Blackswan in Beijing, Ōrtensia in Shanghai, Bouchon Carême in Helsinki, Shell in Indonesia’s Nusa Penida, Seven Island in Busan, Kimyona in Riyadh, and Another Smith in Thailand’s Tha Sai Luat round out the list.
