Are we going to have more conference realignment?
A report on Wednesday from the Houston Chronicle said that Texas and Oklahoma have talked with the SEC about joining the conference and bolting from the Big 12.
Various high-level officials basically said “no comment” to all of that. But of course the report sent college football fans into a tizzy about the possibility of the two powerhouses joining an already-packed SEC that has so many contenders year to year including LSU, Florida, Georgia, Texas A&M and, of course, Alabama.
