The wait is almost over - pubs in Wales are set to reopen on Monday, April 26 and these are the Brains pubs where you will, and will not, be able to buy a pint.
With more than 200 pubs across Wales and South West England, the famous Welsh brewer will start shipping their ale and beer to establishments across Wales from their Cardiff brewery next week.
Pub owners and pub-goers have waited months for this day as coronavirus rates gradually dropped, restrictions eased and the prospect of having a cool one in a beer garden increased. It's a longer wait for a pint at the bar, though, with pubs only able to serve customers outdoors from Monday.

Last year, Midlands-based pub company Martson's struck a deal with Brains to take on its estate of 156 pubs to add to its 1,471 pubs UK-wide.
The sales process for the Brains brewery itself will resume later this year. SA Brain & Co said that if a buyer isn’t secured, it is committed to finding an alternative supplier for the Brains branded pubs operated by Marston’s.
An online ordering system through an app called 'Marston's Tap' will be used in the pubs that open next week and you can book a table on each pub's dedicated website.

In November 2020, Brains announced eight of its Welsh pubs would not re-open after the fire-break lockdown until a new tenant was found.
Four of those originally on the list are now amongst those reopening but it appears the others will remain closed for the time being.
