The 10 most expensive Leeds houses that sold at the start of 2020

These are the houses in and around Leeds which sold for the most money in January.

Top of the list was a detached house in the village of Thorp Arch which sold for £1,150,000.

Second was a detached house on Breary Lane East, in Bramhope, which sold for £739,000.

This was followed by a detached house on a cul-de-sac in Headingley which sold for £710,000.

The most expensive property sold was in Barnet, North London, for £23.5m, while the cheapest property sold was in Newbiggin-By-The-Sea, Northumberland, which sold for £15,000.
