Coronavirus may have prevented most of us from going about our daily lives the way we would usually but the process of moving house is one that continues to go ahead.
Less people sold their homes in March 2020 compared to before with just 71 sales in Leeds over the course of that month.
This is in stark contrast to February where 178 sales registered were registered but the 60% drop did not stop some people grabbing themselves a bargain.
While some sold for more than three-quarters of a million pounds, some people were able to bag themselves a house for just £64,000 and thanks to information from the Land Registry, we have been able to find out the 10 most expensive and cheapest houses sold in Leeds in March.
