New research has named a north west National Trust garden as the best in the UK, with another local spot also making it into the top 10.
Tatton Park in Cheshire claimed the top spot as the most picturesque and well-rated garden, beating out sites in Dorset, Yorkshire and Wiltshire.
Also making it near the top of the leaderboard in sixth place was neighbouring Lyme Park, according to the research by Rated People.
Data was taken from Instagram and Google reviews to find the best National Trust gardens, which are some of the most scenic attractions in the UK.
Tatton Park, famed for its neo-classical mansion and deer park, was rated higher than the likes of Corfe Castle in Dorset and Fountains Abbey in North Yorkshire.
Tatton Park has now reopened after lockdown, and visitors can explore more than 1000 acres of parkland that includes a farm, the mansion and the Gardener's Cottage Tea Room.

Cheshire and Derbyshire are the counties with the most National Trust gardens in the top 10 - a big accolade for the north west.
Also making the list were Calke Gardens and Hardwick Gardens.
