This week's special guest is former Northern Ireland and Manchester United goalkeeper Roy Carroll.

Roy - who is currently playing with Dungannon Swifts - reflects on his career so far, including the influential managers he has worked under such as Sir Alex Ferguson and Michael O'Neill.

The 43-year-old also chats about his new role with Northern Ireland Under 19s and 17s, and the mental health battle that has helped shaped his life.
