This week's special guest is Linfield midfielder Chris Shields.

Chris joins Gareth and Barry in the virtual studio to chat about life in the Irish League after joining the Blues from Dundalk back in June.

We look ahead to the all-island Unite the Union Champions Cup which was launched on Thursday, and ask whether there is any gulf between the Irish League and League of Ireland.

Chris also chats about future ambitions with Linfield, and reveals the initiation song he had to perform on a European trip.
