The former midfielder gives us some insight into the IFA's new UEFA-endorsed football academy which has been launched at Jordanstown.
Jim also reflects on his own career which started at Liverpool before spells with clubs including Southampton and Ipswich Town - not to mention 52 caps with Northern Ireland.
The lads look back on last weekend's games in the Danske Bank Premiership and look ahead to Friday's big showdown between Crusaders and Linfield.
