We are back with another top episode of our podcast - That's What I Call Football.
This week's special guest is former Irish League midfielder Kieran O'Connor.
Kieran joins Gareth Fullerton, Gerard Lyttle and Darren Fullerton in the studio to talk all things football.
The 38-year-old - who played for clubs including Cliftonville , Armagh City and Lisburn Distillery - looks back on his career, including the comical way legendary manager Tommy Breslin axed him from the Reds!
Kieran also talks about his work with Belfast charity MACS Supporting Children and Young People who are running a special 'Sleep Out' event on November 14, and how a host of Irish League footballers have supported the organisation over the years.
Also listen out for our weekly BetMcLean.com Charity Bet.
