Frank Lampard was sacked by Roman Abramovich on Monday morning following a series of poor league results this season.

Thomas Tuchel is the current favourite to be in the manager's seat for that cup tie and could be named in time to lead Chelsea into their next league match on Wednesday against Wolves.
