Thailand start the third and final week of the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League 2026 in Osaka, Japan, today, with captain Pornpun Guedpard setting a bold target of securing two wins despite facing world-class opponents.

The Thais take on the United States in the opening match today before facing hosts Japan tomorrow, Brazil on July 12 and Turkey on July 13.

Head coach Kiatipong Ratchatakriengkrai said that this week is crucial for the team's preparations for the Asian Championship, which will take place next month.

Setter and team captain Pornpun said her goal is to lead the team to victory in at least two matches, despite facing four top-ranked teams this week.
