Fourth seeds Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai were beaten by top seeds Zheng Siwei and Huang Yaqiong of China 14-21, 9-21 in the last four of the mixed doubles event.
Earlier, women's doubles pair Jongkolphan Kititharakul and Rawinda Prajongjai, the eighth seeds, went down to China's Du Yue and Li Yinhui 12-21, 14-21.
Zheng and Huang will meet second seeded compatriots Wang Yilyu and Huang Dongping while Du and Li will play fifth seeds Chen Qingchen and Jia Yifan in another all-Chinese title match today.
The women's crown will be a battle between top seed and two-time defending champion Tai Tzu-ying of Taiwan and fourth seed Akane Yamaguchi of Japan.
Tai, who defeated Thai ace Ratchanok Intanon in Friday's quarter-finals, defeated China's third seed Chen Yufei 21-14, 21-19 while Yamaguchi beat compatriot Nozomi Okuhara 21-15, 22-20.
The men's singles decider will be an all-Chinese clash between Chen Long and Lin Dan.

Kunlavut in semis
Kunlavut Vitidsarn defeated Luis Enrique Penalver of Spain to book his berth in the men's singles semi-finals of the $25,000 Finnish Open yesterday.
Kunlavut, a two-time junior world champion, was due to play seventh seed Lin Yu-hsien of Taiwan for a place in the final.
Porntip Buranaprasertsuk also made it to the women's singles semis with a 21-8, 21-11 win over India's Ashmita Chaliha. She was due to meet Turkish second seed Neslihan Yigit in the last four.
