Does TGW offer free shipping?
TGW offers free shipping on all orders over $99 shipped to addresses within the contiguous US, with orders falling under this total incurring a fee of $8.99. Standard delivery should arrive in 3 - 7 business days (if items are in stock), but you can also pay $15.99 for Express 2nd Day shipping, or $25.99 for Next Day shipping, if you want to receive your goods quicker.
What happened to TGW's trade in program?
TGW has previously offered golf club trade-ins to let customers earn money on their old gear, but the brand has temporarily discontinued its trade in program. According to its site, the option for club trade in is coming soon, and you can still find plenty of info on how the program used to work on the dedicated page. Keep an eye on this page if you're keen to earn some cash from your old gear - we'll update this page as soon as the option is available again.
Can I get personalized products from TGW?
Absolutely! You'll find a wide range of golf balls available to be personalized through the TGW website, with the option to add your name, initials or custom messages. You'll find products from the likes of Titleist and Callaway available to make your own, but watch out - personalized products are final sale, and cannot be returned (unless there is an error with your order, in which case you may be able to arrange a reprint and an exchange for the corrected product).
What is TGW’s return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it online. Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 60 days from the purchase date. Head to tgw.com/returns-exchanges to start the process. Registered users just need to sign in to review their order history and begin the return. Those who are unregistered just need to have their Order ID and billing address information to look up the order and commence the return.

Shop the sales for savings
Like many golf retailers, TGW is no stranger to a sale. You'll find a number of events running throughout the year, with savings of up to 50% on selected items. Here at Golf Monthly, we keep an eye on the latest deals the store offers, updating this page whenever new ones go live, so check back throughout the year (especially near the change of the season) to see the best deals that you can currently take advantage of.
Use the price match program
TGW constantly searches for the lowest prices to make sure its range remains competitively priced. If you see items the store sells selling for less somewhere else, you may be able to get the price matched. To qualify, items will need to be identical in every way, and currently in stock with one of a list of approved competitor retailers.
TGW offers price match on manufacturer's own sites (e.g. Callway), as well as on listings from Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, PGA Tour SuperStore, Worldwide Golf Shops, Rock Bottom Golf, Global Golf, Carl's Golfland, GolfDiscount.com, and Edwin Watt's. The store will also price match listings on Amazon, so long as Amazon is the seller (no third-party or marketplace purchases are eligible to be matched).

If you want to keep up with the latest news from TGW, you can join the brand's email mailing list for free through the brand's site to start receiving regular info on products and promotions. Simply provide your chosen email address through the field on the brand's site to get started. Members will even be sent exclusive offers on selected products, helping you save extra on your purchases.
How to use TGW promo codes
- Look through the list of TGW promo codes listed at the top of this page and click "Get Code".
- Once your code has been revealed, copy the code to your clipboard for later.
- The TGW website will open in a new tab - head here and start shopping for the products you want to purchase.
- When you find an item you wish to purchase, click on it and then click ‘ADD TO CART’
- You can select ‘KEEP SHOPPING’ or ‘VIEW CART. When you’ve finished, hit the latter option and your order will display with an ‘Order Total’.
- Underneath the ‘Order Total’ you may have an option to click on ‘+ Add a Promo Code’. Click on this and a box will appear.
- Simply type the code in and click ‘APPLY PROMO CODE’ to apply your discount to your order.
How we source coupon codes
Golf Monthly has a dedicated Coupons team who source all of the codes you see listed on our pages. We use our affiliate networks, connections with retailers, and the internet to track down the newest & best coupons. Each coupon page is updated multiple times a week to keep it fresh, and our Commercial team uses relationships with leading brands to negotiate exclusive codes and find out the latest sales information, helping you save on your next online order.
How we test coupon codes
Every code we listed on a Golf Monthly coupon page has been tested by our team before uploading. We make sure all codes, whether they’re sales or student discounts, free shipping deals, or multi buy offers, will be accepted at the checkout and work as intended. For that reason, our pages don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes - just verified deals across a range of brands & categories.
Wherever it is available, we include information about each coupon on the page for clarity. You’ll find details such as expiry dates and terms & conditions below the description and ‘Get Code’ button. To view the requirements of a coupon, simply click ‘Terms & Conditions’. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we take great care to verify our codes, sometimes a coupon will expire or be updated before we have a chance to change our page. If you do experience any issues, don’t panic. We have a dedicated customer service team on hand to offer support should you need it.
Start by checking the terms & conditions of the coupon you have chosen. Click ‘Terms & Conditions’ to reveal all the caveats & requirements and make sure your order meets all of these. Coupons may require a number of different conditions, such as a minimum spend (i.e. when you spend $30 or more), selection of specific products (i.e. 5% off selected Golf clubs), or verification (i.e. verify with a valid military email address).
If you’ve confirmed that you meet all applicable conditions and your code is still not being accepted, you can contact our team via email. Provide a summary of the code you used, which page it was found on, and what went wrong in an email, then send it to coupons.golfmonthly@futurenet.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
How we make money
Golf Monthly doesn’t charge any fees to use our coupon codes. All our revenue from our coupon pages is made through commission. For every coupon page on our site, we have an agreement with that retailer.
Whenever someone applies one of our codes to their order and makes a purchase, the brand pays us a percentage of the order total in commission. This model means our codes are always free to use, and all of our money is made directly from retailers. Our audience won’t pay any additional charges to save on their order - just the discounted price of their online order.
