Texas QB Sam Ehlinger declares for 2021 NFL draft

One of the more polarizing quarterback prospects in college football is making the early jump to the next level.

Texas’ Sam Ehlinger announced via social media that he will be leaving school early to enter the 2021 NFL draft.

Ehlinger could be a real wildcard in this QB class. He’s had some really exciting moments at Texas, but consistency has been an issue.

An NFL team should absolutely gamble on Ehlinger on Day 3.
