Texans work out former Rams tight end Keenan Brown

The Houston Texans continue to churn the bottom of their roster after their 16-10 loss to the Carolina Panthers Sunday at NRG Stadium.

On Tuesday, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, the Texans worked out former Los Angeles Rams tight end Keenan Brown, who also graduated from Texas State and played high school football locally at Alief Taylor.

Houston also worked out offensive linemen Casey Dunn, Elijah Nkansah, and Paul Adams.

Dunn is a 2018 undrafted free agent from Auburn who spent time with Washington from 2018-19. The 6-4, 307-pound offensive lineman was waived from Washington’s injured reserve list on Sept. 24.

Nkansah was a member of the Seattle Seahawks’ practice squad from 2018-19. The former Toledo Rocket went undrafted in 2018 and spent training camp with the Tennessee Titans.

Adams, 6-6, 315 pounds, was a three-year starter for the Missouri Tigers, but went undrafted, last spending time with the New York Giants.

All three offensive linemen could be in line to take the practice squad spot vacated by Christian DiLauro.
