Texans 8th drive (7 plays, 25 yards, 4:05) — [continued] Houston had a first-and-10 from the Seahawks’ 48-yard line. RB Royce Freeman lost four yards. QB Davis Mills took a 5-yard sack the next play, and rookie TE Brevin Jordan picked up 11 on a third-and-19 from Houston’s 43. Essentially the Texans stall out at midfield.
Seahawks 8th drive (10 plays, 67 yards, 4:10) — The Seahawks go for the jugular and score a touchdown with QB Russell Wilson throwing a 1-yard touchdown pass to TE Gerald Everett. Seattle goes for two, and Wilson finds WR Tyler Lockett in the back of the end zone. Seahawks, 27-13
Texans 9th drive (5 plays, 16 yards, 1:12) — Houston isn’t able to keep the drive or hope alive as they fail to convert on fourth down. RB Royce Freeman was able to pick up yards, which is something Houston backs just haven’t been able to do all year.,
Seahawks 9th drive (2 plays, 50 yards, 0:50) — RB Rashaad Penny rushes for a 47-yard touchdown. Myers misses the extra point. Seahawks, 33-13
Texans 10th drive (6 plays, 27 yards, 1:17) — The Texans once again can’t get anything going and manage to turn the ball over on downs.
Seahawks 10th drive (6 plays, 8 yards, 2:10) — The Seahawks pick up a first down, but the Texans manage to stop them from adding anymore points to the board.
Texans 11th drive (9 plays, 71 yards, 1:59) — Houston mounts a nice drive to pad their stats, but it fails to result in points as Mills rushes for a couple yards on the game’s final play. The Texans fall to 2-11 and the Seahawks improve to 5-8. The scoreboard won’t represent how close game actually was.
