Texans vs. Packers Wednesday injury report: TE Jordan Akins did not participate

The Houston Texans released their Wednesday injury report ahead of their Week 7 showdown with the Green Bay Packers Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium.

Tight end Jordan Akins, who has been dealing with an ankle injury and a concussion the past two weeks, did not participate in practice.

Joining Akins as non-participants in practice were defensive end J.J. Watt (not injury related) and cornerback Keion Crossen (foot).

The Texans had six players who were limited in inside linebacker Dylan Cole (knee), running back Buddy Howell (hamstring), inside linebacker Peter Kalambayi (hamstring), guard Senio Kelemete (knee), safety Justin Reid (shoulder), and right tackle Tytus Howard (shoulder).
