The Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars square off in a battle of two 2-11 teams that could play a big part in the order of the 2022 NFL draft.
One of the Texans’ two wins of the season came against the Jaguars in Week 1, a 37-21 victory at NRG Stadium. The season was so promising at that time as the Texans were underdogs going into the game. The only optimism now is that Houston can’s horrendous record will net them a top-3 pick in April’s draft in Las Vegas.
How do oddsmakers see the game going?
According to Tipico, the Texans are actually +3.5 underdogs going into the game. Only the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, and Las Vegas Raiders are smaller underdogs than the Texans in Week 15 as those teams are +2.5 going into their matchups.
The over/under for the game is 39.5 points. Only the Raiders-Browns game on Saturday has the same over/under, representing the lowest point total of Week 15.
