Texans safety Justin Reid can’t wait to ‘smash’ Raiders receiver Antonio Brown

Houston Texans safety Justin Reid can’t wait to play the Oakland Raiders and deliver some punishment to newly acquired All-Pro receiver Antonio Brown.

In a long series of quote-tweets that had Brown initially saying to not put one’s emotions on online to following up with a Steelers fan who posted a picture stating receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was Pittsburgh’s most valuable player in 2018, the second-year safety from Stanford followed up with a quote-tweet of his own.

“I respect his game but I can’t wait to smash this dude [laughing-crying emoji] No need for that,” tweeted Reid.

Even former Baltimore Ravens Pro Bowl safety Eric Weddle agreed with Reid’s take.

“No need for that,” Weddle tweeted. “Showing true colors right here. No respect for this dude.”

Reid’s remarks drew respect from Steelers fans.

The NFL has yet to announce when the Texans play the Raiders in 2019, but no doubt it may have gotten a little spicy.
