Texans rookie RT Tytus Howard leaves Chiefs game on a cart, questionable to return

Houston Texans rookie right tackle Tytus Howard left the third quarter of Sunday afternoon’s Week 6 game with the Kansas City Chiefs on a cart.

The play occurred on a second-and-2 from the Houston 33 with running back Carlos Hyde gaining just one yard.

Howard is listed as questionable to return against the Chiefs. Playing in his absence is Roderick Johnson.

The Texans drafted Howard with their first-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft from Alabama State. After shifting around at left guard, Howard seemed to have found a place at right tackle.
